POWERING UP: Why Women Must Lead Now!

Air Force Brigadier General Barbara Faulkenberry was one of the many women leaders I interviewed for my upcoming book.

...is the name of the book on women’s leadership that I’m in the final stages of writing. I’ve had the privilege of interviewing over 130 fantastic women leaders for this project – from all over the U.S. and several continents. We are now a nation of female achievers. The next frontier is for women – in significant numbers -- to move into top leadership positions.

My book includes Eight Skills that women Achievers need to master to "power up" and become genuine leaders. Now that I have a terrific agent, Betsy Amster, I’m working toward a fall 2009 publication date. I’ll keep you posted.
