April 27, 2021

So far in 2021, over 100 anti-trans bills in 33 states are under consideration in U.S. state legislatures. That's the highest number in any year since we started counting. Many of those bills target transgender athletes, with the goal of making it illegal for trans students to play on teams that correspond with their identity. Additional resources they recommend include: Women Sports Policy Working GroupChampion Women, and Title IX Schools.
